Yoga isn't just about making pretty shapes.
It's about discovering how your body moves, and adapts over time to postures along with learning new ways to 'be' and to 'do' life.
I will guide you in a practice that is strong for your body, but still slow enough for you to feel into each pose. All classes work in harmony with the body and breath and I will guide you to listen to your body and connect in a way that is soft enough to hear your body speak.
All classes gently limber your muscles and joints and strengthen your body to support you in staying mobile and at the same time easing your mind into a calmer state.
Those wishing to take their practice deeper into stronger poses will be guided in doing so.
All classes are suitable for all levels of practice.
